Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA)
The RNA program provides Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the knowledge and skills to advance their career in long term care. A CNA will receive training in theory and other practical applications of restorative techniques.
Participants will learn how to assist patients to reach their maximum mobility potential.
range of motion
strengthening exercise
ambulating and transferring techniques.
activities for daily living
restorative feeding programs and documentation.

You can also use the 16 hours of RNA program as part of the Continuing Education Units (CEU) required for the renewal of your CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) license.


Cost:$400.00
CEU = 16 hours
Times: Saturday 9am to 5:30pm
Sunday: 9am to 5:30pm

NOTE:A Certified Nurse Assistant can also use the RNA program to renew his or her CNA license.  The CNA Board will give you 16 hours after you finish this program.  These hours can be applied towards the 48 hours you'll need in order to renew your CNA license every two years.
